- Access YouTube Studio
- In the menu to the left, click on “Analytics.”
- In the top right corner, click “Advanced.”
- Go to the top of the screen and click the “traffic source” tab
- Select “suggested videos” from the shown list
There will be a list of the top 10 best similar/suggested videos. With this analysis, you can create a video similar to the topic but better than the competition.

- Click on ‘Subscribers gained’ (the ‘subscribers’ column will appear after clicking on the header)
Listed by most subscribers gained, these videos are sorted alphabetically.
You can do the same with ‘likes’ as you explained above with ‘subscribers’. Choose the column ‘likes’ instead of ‘subscribers’.
